Policy & Procedures relating to complaints received in respect of NCNA members

Principle:

The management of complaints received in respect of NCNA members should ensure that all parties are treated with respect and that confidentiality be assured. In case of child protection issues, the Children's First Guidelines Issues will be followed and that the best and fair outcome for all is sought.
