2. FOOD HYGIENE
(a) All food storage areas and cooking equipment should be thoroughly cleaned on a regular basis.
(b) Kitchen work-surfaces and table tops should be free from clutter and easily cleaned.
(c) Food should be stored hygienically in enclosed cupboards, fridge and freezer.
(d) Expiry dates on food should be strictly observed at all times.
