Theresa Heeney NCNA Director of Services spoke to Sinead Morris from Morning Ireland today in relation to ECCE. She spoke of the need to abolish rates, a specific weighting system for childcare providers operating in high cost areas and that existing services cannot be replaced by low quality services that are willing to operate within the scheme but compromise the quality that our children need. |
